Removing @JdbcTypeCode(TINYINT) alone fixed the MySQL expectation but broke H2 schema validation:
found tinyint, expected boolean.
Conclusion: the column must be normalized to a cross-dialect BOOLEAN/BIT form, without modifying already-applied V35.
