fix(config): 移除占位 updates 配置，修复 Expo Go 启动蓝屏

根因：app.config.js 中 updates.url 为占位符 https://u.expo.dev/REPLACE_WITH_PROJECT_ID，
Expo Go 启动时 expo-updates 会按该地址拉取远程更新，必然超时失败
（Failed to download remote update / UpdateFailedToLoad）→ ErrorActivity 蓝屏。

修复：开发期移除该占位块（注释保留 + eas init 后注入说明）。
运行时验证：expo-updates 变为 disabled(warn)，ExperienceActivity 正常渲染，
JS 层无错误日志。
